We are currently looking for a Chief / Principal Systems Engineer to lead system definition, architecture, and governance across complex e‑drive, inverter, motor, battery, and thermal domains. This role acts as a technical authority across the full systems V‑model, ensuring alignment between hardware, software, controls, and safety teams while shaping the future of advanced EV platforms.
The Chief / Principal Systems Engineer will: Define and own system requirements across electrified powertrain programmes, from vehicle level through to subsystems. Lead the development of system architectures covering e‑drive, traction inverter, motor, battery, and thermal systems. Maintain full traceability of requirements and technical decisions across the systems V‑ Serve as the technical authority for system‑level trade‑offs, integration, and performance targets. Coordinate cross‑functional inputs between hardware, software, controls, and functional safety teams. Lead technical reviews, architecture discussions, and system governance activities.
