Our client is a well-established Construction Engineering firm based in London, with over 20 years of industry experience. They are now seeking an experienced Structural Engineer / Manager to take on a leading role within the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and hold Chartered Membership (MIStructE). This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a variety of smaller residential and commercial projects, with values up to £5 million
* Undertake both design work and structural condition investigations
* Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders
* Conduct site visits for pre-design assessments and ongoing project support
About the Company:
The firm has delivered projects across the UK and overseas. The company have been involved in a wide range of developments including sports and leisure facilities, offshore plant structures, NHS infrastructure, residential properties (new builds, refurbishments and extensions), tunnelling, precast and pre-stressed structures such as bridges, earthquake and blast damage assessments, basements, surveys and party wall matters.
