Job Description

Are you an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer looking to step into a high impact role with a multidisciplinary infrastructure and built environment consultancy?

I have partnered with a top tier UK property, construction and design consultancy renowned for delivering innovative, sustainable solutions across surveying, engineering, compliance and asset services. The business operates across sectors including transport (rail & highways), buildings, fire engineering, sustainability, and risk management, and prides itself on collaborative delivery and professional development.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Chartered Structural Engineer, you will:

• Take technical and project leadership across key engineering assignments

• Lead design, assessments, and client facing delivery across multidisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with professional standards and industry best practice

• Mentor and develop early-career engineers within the business

• Support business growth and uphold quality and safety excellence

This role offers exposure to significant infrastructure and built environment projects,

working with a talented team of consultants and specialists.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Chartered status with a recognised UK professional body ( ICE OR IStructE) — required

✔ Proven track record delivering complex engineering or consultancy services

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Technical leadership and mentorship experience
