Principal ServiceNow Engineer (New Bailey, Manchester, United Kingdom) Hybrid: 3 days a week in our Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Belfast, or London offices (flexible 2 days remote).

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Defining and maintaining ServiceNow engineering patterns and standards for scalable, reusable system components with minimal customization.
  2. Ensuring high engineering quality through code reviews, testing protocols, and fostering a culture of excellence.
  3. Governing the platform's technical implementation, ensuring alignment across delivery teams.
  4. Assessing engineering requirements to meet service goals in the service assurance space.
  5. Leading the ServiceNow Engineering community, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
