Maidstone £40,000 - £50,000 basic (DOE) Realistic OTE £140,000 - £170,000
The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to step into a Principal-level role within a high-performing construction recruitment business. You will inherit a well-established desk forecast to generate £400K in 2026, giving you immediate access to revenue and client relationships. This role offers the chance to work across both white collar and blue collar construction markets, covering freelance and contract placements, while also managing an existing resource function/team. Requirements
Proven track record in recruitment (open to any sector) Minimum £200K annual billings Strong business development and client management skills Based in or able to commute to Kent / South East London
