This is a senior, high-visibility position where youll work directly alongside the Finance Recruitment Director as the No.2 in the team. Youll lead from the front across a full 360 remit while supporting and mentoring a team of four experienced consultants. The team operates across permanent and contract finance recruitment, covering roles from Newly Qualified to CFO level.
