Here at Labster, we are looking for a strategic Principal Product Manager to lead our UbiSim product line within Labster's R&D organization, reporting to our VP ofProduct. You will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for our award-winning VR (Virtual Reality) nursing simulation platform that's transforming healthcare education globally. This is a wonderful opportunity to shape the future of nursing education while leading a product that directly addresses the global nursing shortage crisis.

This person must be based in Spain, the United Kingdom or the U.S.A.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Strategy: Define and implement UbiSim’s long-term product strategy aligned with Labster’s mission and overall objectives.

Product Roadmap and Insights: Drive roadmap decisions using customer feedback, market research, educational outcomes, and competitive analysis.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and departments like Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to align on goals and deliverables.

Market Leadership and Expansion: Lead initiatives to position UbiSim as the top VR nursing education platform and identify new markets, segments, and use cases.

Go-to-Market and Pricing: Shape go-to-market strategies for new features and support the definition of pricing and packaging to maximize value and growth together with our GTM and business strategy leads.

Customer Engagement and Research: Build relationships with key customers and conduct regular research to guide product development and satisfaction together with our user experience and design team.

Product Execution and Metrics: Collaborate with technical teams to deliver VR simulations, and define metrics to measure success across education, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.

Thought Leadership and Representation: Represent UbiSim externally at conferences and events, serving as the key product spokesperson and expert.

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at a senior or principal level.

Track record of leading B2B SaaS or EdTech products from strategy through execution.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in go-to-market strategy, pricing, and sales enablement.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex market needs into compelling product experiences.

Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience working with technical teams and understanding of software development processes.

Understanding of the healthcare education market, regulatory considerations, and institutional sales cycles.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Experience with VR/AR technologies, simulation platforms, or game engines (Unity preferred) is highly desirable.

Background in healthcare, nursing education, or professional training is a significant plus.
