We are seeking a skilled and innovative Principal Engineer with expertise in photolithography processes. In this role, you will optimize existing processes to support R&D and manufacturing wafers. You will also collaborate closely with facility/equipment engineers and integration engineers to develop and lead new processes that meet emerging device requirements for future technologies. Additionally, you will provide support for the transfer of processes to large-volume manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and optimization of advanced photolithography processes tailored for InP photonics applications. Oversee photolithography equipment installation, calibration, and maintenance to ensure peak performance. Collaborate with device design teams to translate photonic designs into manufacturable prototypes with high precision. Establish stringent process control and characterization methodologies to ensure consistent device yield and reliability.
