The Rewards: As the successful Principal Pensions Administrator, you will receive:: £45-49k base salary (depending on experience) + extensive benefits; Hybrid/flexible working options (3 Days Office); 10% Matched Pension; Opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation; The Role: Reporting to senior leadership, the Principal Pensions Administrator will be responsible for: Acting as the lead contact for trustees and advisers across Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes; Taking ownership of scheme administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service delivery standards; Managing and authorising complex and technical pension cases; Leading key scheme projects such as GMP equalisation, buy-ins, buyouts, and wind-ups; Attending and contributing to trustee meetings, including presenting reports and technical updates; Mentoring and supporting colleagues across the team; Building and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives; Contributing to process improvements and best practice within the team; Other duties as outlined in the full job description. The Person: The successful Principal Pensions Administrator will meet the following criteria: Strong Defined Benefit (DB) pensions administration experience; Strong technical knowledge of UK pensions legislation and regulatory requirements; Proven experience managing complex pension cases and leading scheme administration; Strong stakeholder management experience.
