As we win new work our workload increases, which means we have an exciting opportunity to join our established Belfast team. You will have responsibility for design and management of mechanical building services projects in complex buildings, including refurbishing existing buildings. In some cases, you will be part of a larger team on major projects, as well as managing your own projects. The role: Responsible for the delivery of engineering design solutions encompassingall aspects of mechanical building services engineering consultancy End to end process taking designs from concept to site and through commissioning Carry out calculations and co-ordinate mechanical services to a high level of accuracy Work within a team delivering complex and large scale projects Work across a number of sectors including, commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, education and leisure within both public and private domains Mentor and support the development of junior members of staff including Graduates and Apprentices Understanding of contractual matters, project management, managing team and change control. About You: You will be expected to have a relevant education and experience in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and be a member of the CIBSE, IMechE, IET or equivalent professional body, although relevant design experience would be considered.
