Principal Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services\n\nLooking for an exciting senior design role? Look no further than my client, a provider of full turnkey mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance services. They've been around for over 20 years and are embarking on yet another period of growth - they require a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design and specification of mechanical equipment for building services systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign and develop mechanical building services systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and other associated systems, for design and build projects\nCreate detailed designs, calculations, and specifications using AutoCAD\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers and project managers, to deliver fully integrated solutions\nConduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and value engineering exercises\nEnsure designs comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and client requirements\nProvide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers\n\nPackage:\n\nSalary £60,000 to £75,000 depending on level of experience\n33 days holiday\n8% pension\nOpportunities for career progression within a dynamic and growing organisation\nExposure to diverse and exciting design and build projects \n\nWR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
