We are seeking a number of Principal and Senior Engineers who brings deep expertise in modern Front-End engineering and architecture, and who thrives on solving complex technical problems.

You will be a key technical authority—shaping frameworks, patterns, and design choices across multiple teams and ensuring all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and robust.

You’re someone who:

• Excels when entering the unknown and solving novel engineering challenges
• Leads by example in coding standards, architecture, and technical direction
• Ensures delivery aligns with quality, value, and business outcomes
• Supports and guides engineering teams in delivering high-quality solutions

The Role

You will work across the systems and services powering our IoT platforms. You will:

• Architect and enhance our React/TypeScript front-end systems
• Set standards for clean, scalable, maintainable code
• Translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions
• Work across design patterns, frameworks, and tooling selections
• Troubleshoot, modernise, or retire front-end components and services
• Ensure all software is production‑ready, safe, and high‑quality
• Mentor engineers and act as the technical “go‑to” in your domain
