This team completestheir own AR&M analysis and produces their own reports andcalculations to ensure the availability targets are being met forthe systems of the submarine. There is a lot of collaboration andengagement required as part of this role therefore you will havethe opportunity to liaise with a range of stakeholders from theMOD, Dreadnought Alliance system owners/designers, as well asexternal suppliers at design reviews and also the Combat Systemssenior managers. Joining this team allows you to influence thedesign of the Dreadnought platform from a Combat Systemsperspective as well mentor and coach new members of the team tosupport the capability further.
