Job Description
Principal End-to-End Architect (P5)
Define and govern end-to-end, cross-domain architectures that translate product and operational needs into scalable, reusable platforms and solutions, balancing technical excellence with commercial delivery.
Core Responsibilities
Own end-to-end architecture across software, network, cloud, and infrastructure domains
Translate product requirements into cross-domain solution designs and domain models
Assess feasibility of new opportunities and support business cases
Provide technical leadership, architectural governance, and mentoring
Advise Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners
Shape technology roadmaps and platform strategy
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, operable, and aligned to standards
Produce and maintain clear architectural documentation
Required Experience
10+ years in software engineering with proven end-to-end architecture ownership
Strong experience in networking, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud environments
Knowledge of 3GPP standards (5G NR, NTN, NB-IoT)
Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, DDD, and event-driven architectures
Full SDLC and Agile delivery experience
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
Aviation, Maritime, or Satellite connectivity experience
Commercial and customer-facing experience
Product-led delivery and platform strategy exposure
