Job Description
Job Title:\nPrincipal EICA Engineer\n\nSalary:\n£75,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits\n\nLocation:\nFalmer/Brighton (Hybrid - required onsite either once a week on Wednesdays or for a few days every couple of weeks)\n\nType:\nPermanent, Hybrid\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nThis is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Principal EICA Engineer to drive innovation across major water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You'll develop forward-thinking, sustainable design solutions, assess new technologies, and play a key part in advancing modern water recycling and treatment facilities.\n\nYou'll work within a high-performing multidisciplinary team delivering complex engineering outcomes that genuinely move the needle for environmental performance, efficiency, and resilience.\n\nAbout the Client:\n\nOur client is a major UK water industry organisation delivering essential services across the Southeast.
