To prepare policies for, and manage, monitor, and review the implementation and adoption of third-party highway works through Highways and Planning legislation, ensuring such works are delivered in accordance with the Council’s policies, objectives, programmes, planning approvals, highway design standards, and legal, health and safety, and financial regulations. Principal Development Engineer - s278 Works We are seeking a Principal Development Engineer in the Highways Development Control Team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a highways, traffic engineering, or transport planning environment, dealing with major and complex proposals involving the implementation and adoption of third-party highway works.
