Ashbys Consulting are working with a national multi-discipline building consultancy who are looking to appoint a Principal Designer / CDM Consultant. The company have offices across the country, with existing Principal Designers in Birmingham and East Anglia. They deliver a variety of surveying, project management, and design services to the residential, commercial, and industrial project sectors; and are looking for somebody to head up this service for their London region. Duties include: Processes - reviewing and advising on internal H&S processes to ensure compliance with current legislation and adapting to future changes;

Project work - advising the duty holders on compliance with the CDM2015 Regulations and other associated legislation;

Site Inspections - undertaking site inspections and preparing reports with proposed corrective actions;

Clients - supporting clients in advising on the suitability of their H&S management arrangements;

Technical - developing / enhancing the technical skills of consultants in the team by sharing your experiences and technical knowledge.
