📝 The Role
We are hiring Data Visualisation Consultants at all experience levels—Associate, Senior, or Principal. Expertise in Tableau is preferred, though Power BI experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the design and development of visualisation dashboards that meet complex data requirements and present information clearly.
Drive data‑driven decision‑making, leveraging client data to unlock insights.
Partner with clients to understand user needs and translate them into visually appealing solutions.
Provide quick value through wireframing or prototyping.
Demonstrate clean design principles for reporting.
Perform data analysis and assess new datasets for potential exploitation.
Document designs and solutions for clients.
Support client training, adoption and evolution of visualisation solutions.
🧑🏽 A Bit About You
We value collaboration, teamwork and integrity. We are looking for someone who will:
Have a track record of designing comprehensive dashboard solutions.
Be experienced in collaborative design with business users.
Perform data blending, aggregation and create complex calculated fields.
Possess hands‑on SQL expertise and knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modelling.
Have experience with large data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
Be comfortable presenting dashboards to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to meet user needs.
Quickly grasp client context and demonstrate business expertise.
Explore data when requirements are uncertain, and proactively drive out requirements.
Present complex information engagingly for diverse audiences.
Learn fast, ask questions, and build understanding before moving forward.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to improve team capabilities.

Salary: £40,000 – £80,000 per annum, depending on level and experience; contractor day rates can be discussed in person, but permanent hire is preferred.
