Based from the London office, you will play a leading role within a strongly led infrastructure team, delivering development-led civil engineering schemes across the UK. While London provides the team base and client interface, projects span residential, commercial, industrial, high-rise and major residential developments of 500+ units nationwide. You will not be siloed into one sector and will enjoy varied, technically engaging work.
The role
As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will take ownership of infrastructure design delivery while supporting team development and client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading highways and drainage design for development projects * Managing S278, S38 and S104 submissions to approval * Checking and approving drawings, calculations and reports * Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers * Coordinating with clients, architects and local authorities * Supporting Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies * Overseeing project delivery to programme and budget ...
