As a key member of our advisory team, you will be supporting clients through all aspects of business change. Working closely with clients and WSP colleagues, you will contribute to impactful change initiatives, manage project tasks and ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To:

  • Facilitating the development of strategies and change plans.
  • Supporting development of business cases and regulatory investment plans
  • Supporting the design of operating models and organisational structures.
  • Developing and implementing delivery models for complex programmes
  • Assisting with business process development.
  • Planning and delivering change initiatives.
  • Driving communication and engagement efforts.

You will be joining the Transformation and Digital insights team, a growing advisory team with big ambitions. We are at the forefront of shaping the future of infrastructure and the built environment working across central and local government bodies, water, energy, nuclear, transport, and property sectors.

Typical projects include supporting the development of investment plans through to regulatory submission, advising on complex programmes delivery, implementation of a roadmap to bring a Client’s sustainability strategy to life through the organisation, its people, and its partners; assisting in implementing business changes to support a new digital solution; or helping to design a new operating model to accelerate growth or improve performance.

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…

  • Proven experience in delivering change management activities as part of larger transformation programmes.
  • Hands-on experience supporting advisory commissions, with a focus on organisational design, change management, asset investment planning, or complex programme design and delivery.
  • A passion for contributing to transformation projects across our key sectors such as infrastructure, utilities, defence, energy, or transportation.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A keen interest in supporting business development activities and expanding your expertise in this area.
  • Relevant qualifications in Management Consulting, Change Management, Asset Management or Programme Management, with a practical interest in problem-solving and change methodologies.
