Full Time Year 3/4 Teacher Required

• Contract: Temporary (April to December 2026 as a minimum)

• Salary: £168.80 to £215.68 per day

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons that meet curriculum standards.
• Assess and record students' progress, preparing them for the next stages in their educational journey.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes enthusiasm for learning.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the educational experience and uphold the school's standards.
• Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the school's community and ethos.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Years 3 and 4.
• Experience of mixed age teaching desirable.
• Strong understanding of the current KS2 curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven use of assessment for learning
• Ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities.
• Commitment to professional development and maintaining high teaching standards.
