As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher, supporting pupils through 1:1 and small-group interventions to ensure they are fully engaged and able to reach their potential.

Experience supporting children in a primary school setting Good understanding of strategies to support learning, communication, and behaviour A calm, nurturing, and resilient approach Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group support Assisting the class teacher with differentiated classroom activities Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development Using creative and engaging approaches to enhance learning Monitoring progress and providing feedback to the class teacher Helping to maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
