Skills and Qualities Experience supporting children (Within any education setting or working environment) Knowledge of differentiation and adaptive support. Desirable: Phonics or Read, Write Inc experience Requirements Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply). Two professional references from the last two years.
