Teaching Assistant – Northwich Area

Position: Teaching Assistant (EYFS / KS1 / KS2)

Excell Supply Ltd is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils in a range of welcoming primary schools across Northwich and the surrounding areas.

We work closely with local schools to provide reliable, high-quality support staff and are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping children thrive in the classroom.

The Role:

* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

* Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities

* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

* Supporting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs

* Promoting pupil engagement and confidence

We Are Looking For:

* Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)

* A caring, patient and proactive approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Reliability and flexibility

* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
