Pay Rate: £95 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Aspire People are currently recruiting a Primary Teaching Assistant to work in welcoming and supportive primary schools across Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to supporting children's learning and development.

The Role:

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups

Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Support pupils with varying abilities, including those with SEND

Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management

The Ideal Candidate:

Has experience working with children in a primary school setting (desirable)

Holds a relevant TA qualification or equivalent experience (preferred but not essential)

Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about education

Has strong communication and teamwork skills

Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
