We are seeking a passionate and reflective Teacher to join our dedicated SEN school community. This role would particularly suit an experienced primary teacher who is looking to transition into a specialist setting and make a profound difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

The Role

You will lead a small class of pupils with SEN, supported by a high ratio of skilled Teaching Assistants. The role involves:

Planning and delivering personalised, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs. Adapting the primary curriculum to meet EHCP outcomes and developmental stages. Leading and managing a team of Teaching Assistants within your classroom. Supporting pupils with communication needs, sensory differences and, at times, challenging behaviour. Creating a calm, safe and nurturing classroom environment where every success is celebrated. Who We’re Looking For
