We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to work within primary schools across the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. This role offers the chance to teach across Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils in developing their confidence and love of learning.

About the Role • Teach engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum. • Deliver high-quality learning experiences that inspire curiosity and achievement. • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities. • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages confidence and participation. • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.

We’re looking for someone who is: • A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). • Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning. • Flexible, reliable, and committed to making a difference. • Able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff. • Welsh-speaking skills are not essential, but would be a great bonus.

Requirements Teaching Personnel provides guidance and support for obtaining the following: • Education Workforce Council (EWC) Registration • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service • Two professional references covering the last two years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
