About the Role:

A larger than average primary school in Southampton  is seeking a Year 5 teacher for the new academic year. This is a role with full class teacher responsibilities ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.

You will be responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing a Year 5 class, working closely with a year group partners and a part time LSA.  The role includes full teaching responsibilities and offers the opportunity to contribute to wider school life.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Primary Teacher, ECTs welcome
Confident in managing classroom routines and expectations.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Skilled in adapting teaching to meet a range of pupil needs, including SEND
Requirements

UK-recognised teaching qualification.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
Compliance with DfE and Safer Recruitment standards.
