Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher (Full-Time / Flexible) Location: Northampton, Kettering & Wellingborough (must be able to travel across all areas)Start Date: ASAPDuration: Ongoing / Until the end of the academic yearHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (flexible working options available)Pay: £100 per day :We are currently seeking adaptable and confident Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Northampton, Kettering, and Wellingborough. This role offers the opportunity to teach across all year groups, from Early Years through to Key Stage 2. This is an ideal position for experienced teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work in different school environments while making a positive impact on pupils’ learning. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons across all primary year groups Adapt teaching styles to suit different classroom environments and student needs Maintain a positive and productive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Provide feedback to schools on pupil progress and lesson outcomes Build positive relationships with pupils and staff Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential Experience teaching across primary age ranges (EYFS, KS1, KS2) Strong classroom management skills Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach Excellent communication and organisational skills Must be able to travel to schools across Northampton, Kettering, and Wellingborough What We Offer: Competitive daily rate of £100 Flexible working opportunities (full-time or part-time available) Variety of school settings and year groups Ongoing work until the end of the academic year Supportive and professional working environments If you are a passionate and flexible Primary Teacher looking for supply work and available to start immediately, we would love to hear from you.
