We Are Looking For:
A dedicated, reflective teacher with a passion for Early Years/KS1 learning and child development. A practitioner who understands the importance of a smooth transition from Reception into Key Stage 1. High expectations for all pupils, with the ability to inspire, engage, and differentiate effectively. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a nurturing, stimulating learning environment. A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and is eager to contribute to whole-school life. A commitment to personal growth and embracing the professional development opportunities available within the Trust.
