About the Role
Teaching Personnel are seeking passionate, dedicated, and flexible Primary Teachers to join our supply pool for the new academic year. We work closely with a large number of EYFS, KS1, and KS2 schools across County Durham, providing consistent work for teachers who want either:

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lessons that support progress and engagement across EYFS, KS1, or KS2. Ensure effective classroom management and a positive learning atmosphere. Adapt quickly to different school settings, routines, and year groups. Assess pupil progress and provide feedback in line with school policies. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and leadership teams. Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and curriculum expectations.
✅ Key Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum. Effective behaviour management and adaptable teaching style. A positive, resilient, and proactive approach to working in new environments. A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply). A driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
