The Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher with Tradewind, you will:

Deliver engaging, pre-planned EYFS, KS1, and KS2 lessons during teacher absences.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
Adapt quickly to different school routines and expectations.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
Experience of teaching in primary school settings in the UK.
Strong classroom management skills and a positive, proactive approach.
A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) and satisfactory professional references covering the last two years.
A commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles.
