Primary Class Teacher

Were currently working with a well-run primary school inLambeth looking for a Primary Teacher to join their team.
This is a school where things are in place clear routines, supportive leadership, and a staff team that work well together. Teachers are trusted to teach, supported when needed, and not overloaded with unnecessary extras.
Theyre looking for someone who is confident in the classroom, understands the importance of the early years of primary, and can build a calm,purposeful learning environment.

The role:
  • Full-time, long-term position
  • Start date flexible
  • Potential to go permanent
The school:
  • Stable leadership who are visible and realistic
  • Well-established routines and behaviour expectations
  • Collaborative year group teams planning isnt done in isolation
  • Focus on getting the basics right

  • Knows how to run a calm, organised classroom
  • Understands how young children learn and keeps lessons purposeful
  • Is reliable, professional, and easy to work with
  • Works well with others and contributes positively to the team
