Primary Teacher Lead Practitioner – The Role

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 national curriculum
Support pupils in developing core skills across the curriculum
Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Work collaboratively with colleagues across KS2
Support and drive high-quality teaching and learning across the phase
Mentor and support colleagues, sharing best practice
Contribute to whole-school improvement strategies and curriculum development

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
