Aspire People are working with a well-established primary school in M20 who are looking to appoint an Early Career Teacher into a KS1 class on a long-term basis.
This role is designed for an ECT who wants to develop confidently within a structured, supportive environment, with clear expectations and access to experienced staff throughout the school.
The Role - In More Detail
Full class responsibility within Key Stage 1
Teaching a settled class with established routines
Access to shared planning, schemes of work, and year-group resources
Support from an experienced phase leader and senior leadership team
Opportunity to observe strong practice and receive regular feedback
Working alongside support staff where required
The school places emphasis on good teaching practice, consistent behaviour management, and realistic workload expectations for ECTs.

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (ECT)
