What We're Looking For:

* Experience working with children in a primary school setting
* Experience supporting pupils across KS1 and/or KS2
* Strong behaviour management and classroom support skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach
* Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable (but not essential)
* Ability to travel to schools across Aylesbury
