The Role:
You will step into classrooms across Oxfordshire, delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining classroom standards, and ensuring pupils continue to learn and thrive.

These schools are supportive, well-organised, and experienced in working with supply staff. Many offer excellent classroom support, clear behaviour policies, and inclusive learning environments where both pupils and teachers can succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Adapt quickly to different classroom settings
Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Provide feedback to schools at the end of each assignment
Requirements:
QTS, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification
Recent experience in a UK primary school setting
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive and positive attitude
