Aspire People are recruiting **Primary Supply Teachers** who are open to **short-term roles with the potential to progress into long-term or permanent positions**.

This role is ideal for teachers who want to **experience different schools before committing**, or for **ECTs and soon-to-qualify teachers** looking to secure their first long-term placement.

**The Role:**
* Delivering high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Covering both short-term absences and longer-term placements
* Building relationships with schools and pupils
* Taking on additional responsibilities in longer-term roles where required
* Supporting pupil progress and maintaining high expectations

**Who Should Apply:**
* ECTs looking for their first long-term teaching role
* Student teachers approaching QTS

**Requirements:**
* QTS (or due to qualify shortly)
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
