Supply Teachers Needed - Tunbridge Wells

Term Time Teachers are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work in schools across Tunbridge Wells and West Kent. Demand for supply teachers is extremely high and expected to continue into the Summer Term.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

Work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

Cover PPA time, management release and sickness absence

Have opportunities for long-term and permanent placements if desired

Receive regular supply work

Who Can Apply?

To be considered, you must:

Hold UK QTS

Have experience across at least two key stages (EYFS & KS1 or KS1 & KS2)

Be an energetic, inspiring and adaptable teacher

Demonstrate strong behaviour management

Be available 2-5 days per week

Have access to your own transport and be happy to travel up to 30 minutes

What to Expect

Most work is pre-booked, though occasional same-day bookings (6AM - 9PM) may occur

Planning is usually provided, but you should have a bank of resources available

You will follow each school's policies, mark work, and leave handover notes

ECTs / Newly Qualified Teachers are welcome to apply.
