Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons across KS1 and/or KS2 in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil engagement and progress.
• Support pupils individual learning needs through effective differentiation and personalised approaches.
• Establish and maintain positive behaviour expectations to ensure a focused, productive learning space.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership to promote whole-school success.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
• Contribute to school events and initiatives that foster a strong sense of community.

Person Specification

We welcome applications from individuals who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Are confident and adaptable teaching across different year groups and school settings.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences.
• Are patient, empathetic, and dedicated to supporting pupils individual needs and progress.
• Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred).
