Autism-specific schools SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) schools Schools for Moderate-Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD) PMLD (Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties) provisions Specialist settings with sensory, physical or complex needsThese roles involve working with small classes, highly personalised learning, multi-disciplinary teams, and bespoke curriculum pathways designed to support each pupil's individual needs.Positions are available on a long-term, short-term, and day-to-day supply basis, with opportunities for permanent roles for the right teachers. What We're Looking ForWe welcome teachers who:

Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification Have prior experience working in a special school or specialist SEN environment Are confident delivering an adapted, personalised or alternative curriculum? Use creative, differentiated teaching strategies Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and behaviour regulation skills Bring patience, resilience, and a passion for inclusive educationExperience with PECS, Makaton, sensory approaches, or therapeutic teaching is highly valued.
