Primary Support & Mentoring Roles

• SEN Teaching Assistant (Primary)
• SEMH Support Assistant
• Behaviour Mentor (Primary)
• Pastoral Mentor
• Nurture Group Assistant
• Learning Mentor
• Primary Alternative Provision Support Worker
• Early Years SEN Support (for specialist EY classes in SEN schools)

All roles are based in: Wolverhampton, Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and the wider Black Country. What These Schools Offer

What We're Looking ForYou will be a great fit if you have:

• Experience supporting primary-aged children with SEN or SEMH
• A background in youth work, care, health & social care, or other child-related roles
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
• UK-based child experience - essential
