What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of your students.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where pupils feel supported and motivated.
Use adaptive teaching strategies to reach diverse learners, including those with SEMH/SEN needs.
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families, promoting wellbeing and progress.
Track and celebrate academic, social and emotional development.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a positive school culture and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
QTS or ECT status
Strong communication, organisation, and classroom‑management skills
A child‑centred, compassionate approach to teaching
Experience in SEN/SEMH settings is beneficial but not essential
Willingness to adapt lesson delivery to meet a wide range of learner needs
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
