I am working with a welcoming primary school in Brent seeking to appoint a Primary School Teacher from September 2026. This role is suitable for teachers experienced across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, speciific year group to be determined so I am keen to discuss options and preferences with you.

Responsibilities of this Primary School Teacher role:

Stay up to date with educational research and policy developments through training, workshops, and professional reading, while actively implementing school and local authority initiatives. Promote a positive and inclusive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, supporting colleagues, and contributing to wider school life and external partnerships. Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive curriculum across the primary phase, ensuring all pupils are challenged and supported to achieve strong progress across core and foundation subjects. Monitor pupil progress effectively, using assessment data to identify needs, implement targeted interventions, and close learning gaps to raise attainment. Collaborate closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to meet individual pupil needs and ensure consistent communication around learning and development.

The Ideal Candidate for this Primary School Teacher role will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have experience teaching within the primary phase (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2) Be committed to delivering engaging, inclusive, and well-structured lessons Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills Be a reflective, proactive team player with a positive attitude towards continuous improvement
