Empowering Learning is seeking a calm, patient, and passionate Teacher to join a primary school in Bolton. This role will begin on a supply basis, with the strong possibility of becoming permanent depending on performance.
About the Role
As a Teacher, you will:
* Plan, deliver, and adapt lessons for pupils
* Create personalised learning programmes that support academic, social, and emotional development
* Use positive behaviour management strategies to support students with challenging behaviour
* Work collaboratively with TAs
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
* Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and wider professionals
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience teaching primary-aged students (QTS or equivalent required)
* Is calm, patient, and passionate, particularly when managing challenging behaviour
* Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
* Is committed to helping every child thrive and achieve their goals
