About the role:

Heart of Supply is currently recruiting Primary School Teachers to support our partner schools in Grantham and the surrounding areas. These flexible Primary School Teacher opportunities include day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, and longer-term placements across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. You’ll work in a range of school settings, delivering engaging lessons, following set plans, and helping to maintain continuity and a positive classroom environment when the usual class teacher is absent.

We’re seeking confident and adaptable Primary School Teachers who can quickly form positive relationships with pupils and staff, manage behaviour in a calm and effective way, and bring energy and consistency to the classroom. Ideal candidates will be reliable, proactive, and flexible, able to step seamlessly into new settings, whether that’s supporting phonics in Reception or guiding a Year 6 class through revision.

What you will need:

* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting

* A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

* Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement

* The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom

* Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike

* A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
