Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with specific learning or behavioural needs Assist with the delivery of personalised learning plans Encourage engagement and participation in classroom activities Monitor and report on the pupils progress and wellbeing Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO Support the pupil during transitions, break times, and school activities Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Experience working 1:1 with children in a school setting xehkeey Understanding of SEND and strategies to support individual needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures If you're ready to make a lasting impact and support a childs growth every step of the way, we want to hear from you!
