The Role | Primary ECT:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Inspire children to develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.
- Work closely with mentors and colleagues to refine teaching practice and meet ECT standards.
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives and extracurricular activities.
- Supportive and inclusive school community with experienced mentors.
- Excellent facilities and well-resourced classrooms.
- Comprehensive ECT induction and ongoing professional development.
- Clear pathways for career progression beyond the ECT year.
- Qualified teacher with UK QTS or completing ECT induction.
- Passion for primary education and a commitment to pupils academic and personal development.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to embrace guidance and mentoring.
- Enthusiasm for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

Salary: MPS (Inner London)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
