About the Role

We’re working with a leading Lloyd’s / London Market insurer looking to hire a Pricing Lead to help shape and deliver pricing and analytics strategy.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine technical expertise with commercial insight- working closely with underwriting, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive better decision-making and business performance.

You’ll play a key role in delivering pricing insights, improving portfolio performance, and enhancing analytics capability across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead pricing and analytics workstreams
  • Build and deploy pricing models
  • Deliver segmentation, profitability, and portfolio insights
  • Support underwriting strategy and decision-making
  • Contribute to new product development
  • Leverage innovative data sources to improve pricing
  • Partner closely with underwriters and senior stakeholders
  • Support team development and capability building

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in pricing / actuarial / analytics (insurance preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in ambiguity
