A fast-growing healthcare provider is looking for a Pricing & Commercial Manager to take ownership of pricing strategy, insurer negotiations and commercial partnerships across their private services. This is a high-impact role working directly with the CFO to shape new revenue streams and strengthen market position.

The Role

Build and maintain competitive self-pay pricing models.
Analyse market trends, costs and profitability to guide strategy.
Lead commercial negotiations with insurers and third-party payers.
Draft and manage commercial contracts.
Provide financial modelling and insight to support strategic decisions.
Support new partnerships, including specialist and sports-related services.
Monitor pricing performance and recommend improvements.

You’ll Bring

Experience in pricing, commercial management or healthcare finance.
Strong negotiation and contract skills.
Advanced Excel/financial modelling capability.
Understanding of the UK private healthcare market.
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills.
